Outdoor facilities: large garden with sun loungers, ping-pong table, barbecue area.

EXTRAS

Extra charge for linen change: € 10 per person.

Cleaning on request: € 30

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

All bookings are subject to confirmation after a down payment for 30 % of the total cost has been wired by bank transfer.

You can pay by cheque, credit card, or in cash up to the legal limit of € 1.000.

If you should need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible; in this way – if we can find another tenant in your place – we will be able to refund your down payment.

TOURIST TAX

From 1/5 to 30/09: € 1.40 per person a day. Children under 16 are exempt.

Payment needs to be made in cash when checking out.
